01.Agreement & Service Provider Identity

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SlopCheckr web application, APIs, and forensic design analysis tools (“Service”), operated by BOSS STUDIO S.R.L., a legal entity registered in Romania (European Union), under Unique Registration Code (CUI) 54360947, Trade Register number J2026020322003, EUID ROONRC.J2026020322003.

By creating an account, connecting an email address, purchasing analysis credits, initiating a website scan, or utilizing the SlopCheckr API, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02.Payment Processing & Merchant of Record (Paddle.com)

OFFICIAL MERCHANT OF RECORD STATEMENT:

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds.

All digital checkouts, subscription billing, credit package sales, and invoicing on SlopCheckr are facilitated and processed by our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR), Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd / Paddle.com Market Ltd). All orders and payments are subject to Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.

Billing Specifications & Compliance:
  • PCI-DSS Security: Paddle securely handles card processing, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal transactions. SlopCheckr never stores raw credit card numbers on our infrastructure.
  • Tax & VAT Compliance: Paddle is the merchant of record responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting sales tax and Value Added Tax (EU VAT) across all global jurisdictions.
  • Invoicing & Receipts: Automated VAT-compliant tax invoices are issued immediately by Paddle upon each successful payment or monthly renewal.

03.Right of Withdrawal, Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

In accordance with European Union Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, UK consumer regulations, and Paddle’s Merchant of Record policies:

  • 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal: Consumers in the EU, UK, and applicable jurisdictions are entitled to a full 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of purchase to request a refund without penalty or arbitrary qualifiers.
  • Monthly Subscription Cancellation: Pro and Agency subscriptions can be cancelled at any time directly through the in-app Account portal or customer management link provided by Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle with no retroactive penalties.

04.Permitted Use, Cloudflare Security & Rate Limits

SlopCheckr provides diagnostic evaluation of publicly accessible frontend interfaces. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to audit internal private intranets, localhost endpoints, or services behind authentication without proper authorization.
  • Circumvent API rate limits, authentication cookies, or credit quotas using automated scripts or proxy networks.
  • Bypass or tamper with our automated security challenges, including Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection and Web Application Firewall (WAF) filters deployed on our Vercel edge infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code, launch Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or harass third-party website owners.

Violations of these security policies or repeated automated bot attacks may result in immediate IP blacklisting, API key termination, and revocation of platform access, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle refund terms.

05.Analytics, Advertising Telemetry & Conversion Attribution

To maintain service reliability, debug algorithmic latency, optimize user experience, and attribute advertising campaigns, SlopCheckr uses web telemetry tools including Google Analytics (gtag.js / Measurement ID: G-SLNBYQY772) and the TikTok Pixel & Events API (Pixel ID: DA6V4CBC77UDHRK42RUG). Marketing conversion telemetry is collected subject to user cookie consent or pseudonymized server matching and governed strictly by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

06.Heuristic Evaluation & Limitation of Liability

All analytical outputs (“Slop Score”, “Craft Score”, typography detection, Tailwind diffs, copy refactors, and conversion heuristics) are algorithmic diagnostic assessments. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind regarding specific financial returns, commercial conversion uplifts, or flawless search engine rankings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOSS STUDIO S.R.L. and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

07.Consumer Protection & Dispute Resolution (ANPC, SAL & SOL)

Pursuant to Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) Order no. 449/2022 and EU Regulation no. 524/2013 on consumer Online Dispute Resolution, European consumers have direct access to statutory alternative dispute resolution bodies:
